    First, we create a graphic (image) that links to a sign up form on your Shopping Center Web Site. So, Web Site visitors are invited to join the E-Club (you can also call it shopping club, rewards club or a name that includes your shopping center's name)

    Either way, it is a virtual club. There is not any physical card needed.
    The user then "signs up" to the form (or joins the E-club) and is entered into a database to be marketed through.
